Willie Carter founded WLC Investigation Agency LLC, in 2017 after retiring from the U.S. Army. While serving in eight different combat zones it was his experience as a convoy commander in Iraq that the idea of providing executive protection and conducting criminal investigations was realized. My experiences include providing security for high-ranking military personnel in Iraq, A-list celebrities throughout the country and serving as head of security since 2018 for a traveling gospel concert tour held annually. I hold certifications to conduct executive protection, private investigations, armed security, and process servers.
